About the Captains

Captain Bill Russell spent 17 years as CEO of Fulflex, Inc., the world's largest international specialty rubber company, selling to such customers as P&G, Titleist, Kimberly Clark, Fruit of the Loom, Sara Lee, and Unicharm-Japan. Bill graduated from Babson College with an MBA, and Mass. Maritime Academy with a BS in Marine and Electrical Engineering. In addition, he holds unlimited licenses in both steam and diesel engines and a 100 ton Captain's license, as well as over 40 years experience and ownership of power vessels from 18 to 60 feet.

Frank Sheehan has 19 years as VP of Operations for Fulflex, Inc., overseeing all aspects of the operations of four manufacturing plants in the U.S., one in Canada, and one in Singapore. Frank is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and is a former Naval Aviator with over 300 carrier landings. He has been a boat owner in the Northeast of power vessels up to 36 feet for more than 40 years.
